The timeline for a bespoke piece depends on the complexity of the design, the gemstones selected, and the moment we receive your deposit to begin production.

On average, the process takes between 4 to 8 weeks-from initial design consultation to final delivery. Certain designs or rare gemstone requests may require additional time, but we will always keep you informed throughout the journey.

Yes-if the original piece was created by us, we are happy to reimagine it into something new. We can reuse the existing materials and gemstones, and you will only be charged for the design and craftsmanship involved in the transformation.

Returns & exchanges

We offer a no-questions-asked return and exchange policy within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging including all documentation. Bespoke, custom-made, and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Eligible returns receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns — Client's Expense

Return shipping is at the client's expense. Use a tracked, insured service. Refund issued within 14 working days of receipt.

Step 1: Email contact@bijuteriarebecca.com — subject: "Return / Exchange Request — Order #[number]" — within 30 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and whether you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Our team responds within 1–2 business days with shipping instructions and return address.

Step 3: Ship the piece securely using a tracked, insured service. Retain your proof of postage.

Step 4: Upon receipt and quality verification, we process your refund or dispatch your new piece.

Once your returned piece is received at our Bucharest atelier and passes quality verification, your full refund is issued within a maximum of 14 working days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
