2. Processing and Production Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Collection: Items currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom Crafted Jewelry: For pieces made specifically for you, please allow 10-14 business days for creation and quality control before shipping.

  • Urgent Orders: If you require delivery within a specific timeframe (e.g., within 7 days), please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

3. Domestic Shipping (Internal)

For domestic deliveries, shipping is handled according to the carrier agreed upon with the client prior to dispatch. We ensure that the chosen method meets our safety standards for high-value items.

4. International Shipping

We ship globally using world-leading express couriers to ensure security and speed:

  • Primary Carriers: DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days once the package has been dispatched, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking: All international orders are fully insured and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once the order leaves our atelier.

All Rebecca's Heritage pieces are handcrafted to order in our Bucharest atelier. Production times vary by piece type:

7. Restricted Shipping Destinations

In compliance with EU and international sanctions, we are unable to ship to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Mali, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo. This list is subject to change in accordance with evolving sanctions regimes.

8. Secure Delivery & Insurance

All our shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
