1. Definitions and Terms
Before placing an Order, please read these Online Terms and Conditions, called the “Document.”
Using this website www.rebeccasdiamonds.com creating an Account, and placing Orders means you accept these Online Terms and Conditions.
These Online Terms and Conditions apply only to the purchase of Heritage Society Jewelry products and services, called “Product/Products” and “Services,” displayed and sold online on www.rebeccasdiamonds.com
Seller – Heritage Society S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, referred to as the “Seller/Rebecca Jewelry.”
User – any individual 18+ or legal entity, legally formed, registered on the Site, who completed Account creation and accepted the Site’s Terms and Conditions.
Buyer/Client – any individual 18+, legal entity, or other legal organization that creates an Account, accesses the Content through any means provided by the Seller, accepts these Online Terms and Conditions, and places a valid Order on the Site. Before becoming a Buyer/Client, you first become a User.
Age of majority – 18 years old.
Account – the Site section with your email and password that lets you place Orders and view your profile and history on the Site. You are responsible for keeping your Account data correct and up to date.
Cart/My cart – the Account section where you add Goods and/or Services you want to buy now or later. If you do not complete an Order, you may receive Commercial Communications about those items.
Site – the online store at www.rebeccasdiamonds. and its subdomains.
Order – an electronic document that communicates the Buyer’s intention to purchase Goods and/or Services from the Site.
Products and Services – any item or service listed on the Site, including those in the Order, whose characteristics you accept and that the Seller will supply under the Contract, together with the related documents mentioned in this Document.
Campaign – the commercial display of a limited number of Goods and/or Services, with limited stock, for a limited time set by the Seller.
Contract – the distance contract between Seller and Buyer, concluded without the parties being physically present. A valid Order confirmed by the Seller becomes the Contract.
Content –
- All information on the Site that can be visited, viewed, or accessed via electronic devices, including but not limited to logos, stylized marks, trademarks, static and dynamic images, videos, text, and multimedia. Rebecca Jewelry owns all rights to this Content, directly or through licenses;
- The content of any email sent by the Seller to Users/Buyers/Clients;
- Any information communicated by a Seller employee or collaborator to the Buyer/Client;
- Information about Goods/Services and prices practiced by the Seller in a given period;
- Information about Goods/Services and prices practiced by partners of the Seller;
- Data about the Seller or its privileged information.
Review/Comment – a written evaluation by a holder or beneficiary of a Good/Service based on personal experience.
Rating – the satisfaction score from one to five stars associated with a Review.
Question – a request addressed to other Users/Clients/Buyers to obtain information about Goods/Services on a page.
Answer – a written reply to a Question posted on the Site.
Document – these Terms and Conditions.
Commercial Communications – messages sent by email, SMS, phone, mobile push, web push, and similar, including information on Products/Services, offers, promotions, items in My Cart or Favorites, market research, and surveys.
Transaction – collecting or refunding an amount from the sale of a Good/Service by the Seller to the Buyer through the card processor agreed by the Seller, regardless of delivery method.
Specifications – all technical details and descriptions of the Goods and Services as listed.
Newsletter – periodic electronic updates about Goods, Services, and Promotions of the Seller, with no obligation regarding the content.
Link – a connection between documents, modules, or pages within the Site or between the Site and relevant external sites.
Your rights as Client/Buyer under Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees, and other applicable acts, remain unaffected by this Document.
2. Contractual Documents
2.1. By placing an Order on the Site, you agree to be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, or email for commercial operations.
2.2. The notification you receive after placing an Order is informational. It is not acceptance. It is sent by email or phone.
2.3. For justified reasons, the Seller may reduce the quantity of Goods/Services in the Order. In this case, the Seller will notify you at your email or phone and refund the proportional amount.
2.4. The Contract is concluded when you receive from the Seller an email and/or SMS confirming dispatch of the Order.
2.5. This Document and the information on the Site are the basis of the Contract, together with the warranty certificate issued by the Seller or its supplier for the purchased Goods.
3. Online Sales Policy
3.1. Accessing and using the Content means you accept these Online Terms and Conditions.
3.2. You can withdraw your acceptance at any time, except where this Document states otherwise, by sending a clear written email to contact@bijuteriarebecca.com. If you withdraw consent, you give up access to Goods/Services via the Site and to newsletters or other communications.
3.3. As an exception, you cannot withdraw acceptance during a Contract until you pay all amounts due for delivered Products and performed Services.
3.4. Any User/Buyer may place an Order. The Seller may restrict access to ordering or to certain payment methods if your conduct could harm the Seller. You may contact Customer Care to learn the reasons.
3.5. You can contact the Seller via the “Contact” section. The Seller may manage information at its discretion.
3.6. The Seller may publish information on Goods/Services and promotions for set periods and within stock limits.
3.7. All product and service descriptions, images, and media on the Site are for presentation only and are not contractual obligations.
3.8. About five days after purchase, we may ask you for a Review to improve services. The request goes to the email or phone in your Account.
3.9. For online or wire payments, the Seller is not responsible for extra costs charged by your bank, including currency conversion fees or interbank fees. You are solely responsible for such costs.
3.10. Presentation images may include accessories not sold on the Site. They are decorative and not included in price.
3.11. Images and colors are informative. Delivered Goods may differ in shade.
3.12. Promotions are valid within stock and for limited periods. If no period is shown, they remain valid while stocks last.
3.13. Showing a Product on the Site does not guarantee stock. Stock is verified during Order processing. If out of stock, the Seller may cancel the Order and refund you.
3.14. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and any Site information at any time without prior notice.
3.15. For your best interest, monitor these Terms and Conditions, which the Seller may update at any time.
3.16. In case of a dispute, the Terms and Conditions valid at the date of the dispute and written notification by the Buyer apply.
3.17. By using the Site, you are responsible for all activities performed. You are liable for any damages caused to the Site, Content, the Seller, or third parties under Romanian law.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The Content, including logos, stylized marks, trademarks, images, text, and multimedia on the Site, is the exclusive property of the Seller, with all rights reserved.
4.2. You may not copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify, alter, link, display, or include any Content outside the intended context without the Seller’s prior written consent.
4.3. Any Content you access is governed by this Document unless a separate valid license exists. No warranty of any kind is given for such Content.
4.4. You may copy or use Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes that do not conflict with this Document.
4.5. If the Seller grants a specific usage right by separate agreement, that right applies only to the defined Content and period. It does not bind the Seller toward you or third parties beyond that scope.
4.6. No Content sent to you by any means creates contractual obligations for the Seller or its employees.
4.7. Any use of Content beyond what is expressly permitted is prohibited.
5. Orders
5.1. You can place Orders by adding Goods/Services to the Cart and paying using the methods shown on the Site. Adding items to the Cart without checkout does not mean an Order or reservation.
5.2. To finish an Order, choose “checkout,” then: sign in to your existing Account, create a new Account, or place a quick order without an Account. A quick order does not store your data after processing. Without an Account, you cannot see your past orders. By finishing an Order, you confirm all provided data is correct, complete, and true.
5.3. By finishing an Order, you agree the Seller may contact you by any agreed means if needed.
5.4. The Seller may cancel an Order after notifying you, without further liability, in the following cases:
5.4.1. your bank does not accept the Transaction for online payment;
5.4.2. the card processor invalidates the Transaction;
5.4.3. your data on the Site is unreal, incomplete, or incorrect;
5.4.4. a pricing error due to technical miscommunication between the Seller’s systems and the Site. Consumer rights are not infringed.
5.5. If a Good/Service cannot be delivered, the Seller will inform you and refund you within 14 days from becoming aware or from your written intention to terminate.
5.6. Availability on the Site:
- Available online – more than 3 units in Seller stock.
- Out of stock – no stock.

Made to order – not in stock and will be ordered from the Supplier.
5.7. You can cancel an Order via the Return Policy form. If you changed your mind, email contact@bijuteriarebecca.com or call 0745 203 839. We will do our best to modify or cancel.
5.8. After placing an Order, you can track it in your Account under “My Orders.”
6. Invoicing and Payment
6.1. Prices on www.rebeccasdiamonds. are in EURO and include VAT. Product and Service prices are shown separately. Invoicing uses the data you provide. You are responsible for accuracy.
a. For orders placed outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the total amount at the checkout. The customer acknowledges and agrees that any applicable VAT and custom duties imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsable for complying with their local customs law and regulations. The seller shall not be held liable for any delays, fees or issues arising from customs clearance procedures.
6.2. Price, payment method, due date, and delivery time appear in each Order. The Seller will issue an invoice. You must provide all data required by law.
6.3. The Seller will send invoices electronically, either in your Account or to your email.
6.4. Keep your Account data updated so you can access Order documents.
6.5. You can save and archive invoices from your Account or email.
6.6. By placing the Order, you agree to receive invoices electronically.
6.7. If invoices are unavailable for more than 48 hours, email contact@bijuteriarebecca.ro.
6.8. Your card details are not accessible to or stored by the Seller or the Site’s payment processor. Only the authorized institution processes them, in line with data rules.
6.10. Payment methods:
- Online card payment to the Seller’s account;
- Wire transfer to the Seller’s account;
- Cash on delivery to the courier;

Direct payment to the Seller’s representative on delivery.
For wire transfers, include the Order or proforma number.
Attention: for items with status Made to order or mixed orders that include such items, the Seller may allow only online card payment. Allowed methods are shown at checkout.
6.11. For online card or wire payments, the Seller will ship only after receiving the full amount. If payment does not arrive within 5 calendar days, the Order is canceled.
6.12. For security, do not stay logged in on shared devices and use a strong password.
7. Delivery Conditions
7.1. Documents
Each delivery includes the warranty and quality certificate and any other documents required by law.
7.2. Changing delivery or canceling a delivery
Email contact@bijuteriarebecca.com to change the delivery address or cancel the delivery before the parcel is handed to the courier.
7.3. Delivery times
We deliver by our own fleet or by courier as soon as possible, within 48 hours from the Order date.
Attention: for Made to order items, delivery is at least 15 working days.
During legal holidays or peak campaigns, processing and delivery may take longer. We may delay or cancel delivery for reasons beyond our control, including force majeure.
7.4. Delivery details
We pack the Goods properly and include the documents. We deliver only within Romania. Delivery means bringing the Good to the address and handing it at the building entrance. If the location could damage the Good, we will inform you and note it on the delivery document. You may accept delivery at your risk.
On delivery day, our team or the courier will contact you with a time window.
Important: a person 18+ must be present to receive the parcel.
7.5. Delivery costs
- Free for all orders WORLDWIDE.
8. Warranties
8.1. All Goods have warranty and quality conditions per law and the Seller’s policies. Goods bought on the Site include warranty and quality certificates and gemological reports where applicable.
8.1. Under this Contract, the Client benefits from the legal conformity guarantee under Law 449/2003 and consumer rights under Government Ordinance 21/1992.
8.2. The warranty covers jewelry with or without precious stones purchased via www.rebeccasdiamonds.com
8.3. The Seller is liable for lack of conformity that appears within 2 years for gold products from delivery.
8.4. During the warranty period, you have the right to:
a) receive products that match the specifications in this Contract and the order form;
b) have products brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, as per your written option, unless impossible or disproportionate;
c) repair or replacement when required by law;
d) protection against products or services that could harm your life, health, security, or rights and legitimate interests;
e) complete, correct, and accurate information about essential characteristics. You can request details at +40745 203 839, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00, at contact@bijuteriarebecca.com, or via the contact form at ;
f) submit jewelry for adjustments, www.rebeccasdiamonds./contact
Complaints, or defects at the flagship store in Bucharest, Paris 59A street, Romania. Services are taken over and performed within 15 working days from handover or receipt. Present the Warranty Certificate;
g) send products for adjustments by courier, with courier and insurance costs paid by you;
j) have modifications performed only if they do not risk the integrity or design of the jewelry;
k) send any returns or adjustments only after a written notification and the Return Policy form. We may refuse parcels sent without prior written notice.
38.) Your legal rights are not affected by the warranty offered by S.C. Heritage Society S.R.L.
39.) You must inform the Seller about any lack of conformity within 2 months from discovery. The legal conformity guarantee does not exclude the legal guarantee for hidden defects under the Civil Code.
40.) To use the contractual warranty, attach this contract and the Order Form to any claim or repair request.
41.) Loss of warranty may occur if:
a) you do not follow the use and care instructions in this contract;
b) you perform repairs or modifications yourself or through unauthorized persons or workshops;
c) issues arise due to mechanical factors;
d) you lose this contract/warranty;
e) you fail to inform the Seller about defects or lack of conformity within 2 months.
42.) Use and care instructions. Failure to follow these leads to loss of warranty:
a) store jewelry in a special case or soft pouch;
b) do not wear jewelry while cooking, washing, bathing, or swimming;
c) remove necklaces, earrings, chains, and hollow or low-flex bracelets before sleep to avoid deformation;
d) avoid impacts on hollow jewelry. Once bent, it may not return to its original shape;
e) rhodium is a finish applied to white gold for shine. Its durability depends on care and body chemistry. Avoid water and household chores while wearing rhodium-plated jewelry. Keep away from cosmetics, especially talc;
f) protect jewelry from dust, moisture, perfumes, and hair sprays;
g) avoid contact with acids or motor oil;
h) do not attempt to clean stone settings with needles or sharp objects;
i) handle pearl jewelry with extra care. Their settings do not resist shocks. Keep pearls away from water.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. You may withdraw from the Contract, return a Good, or cancel a Service not yet performed within 14 calendar days without reason, paying only the costs stated here. The 14 days run from:
a) the day you take physical possession of the Good;
b) the day you take physical possession of the last Good in a single Order with separate deliveries;
c) the day you take the last lot or piece for Goods delivered in lots or pieces.
9.2. You must return the Products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt. The deadline is met if you send them before it expires. Use safe packaging.
9.3. You may replace the returned Product with another available Product. We refund or collect any price difference accordingly.
9.4. To withdraw, fill in the form available online at (link) and email your clear written request to contact@bijuteriarebecca.com. Return Products in the original packaging with the invoice or receipt and related documents, including warranty and quality certificates and gemological reports.
9.5. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
9.6. If your Order included gifts, you must return the gifts too.
9.7. If the Order was paid, the Seller refunds within 14 days from your notice of withdrawal, subject to any lawful deductions. Refund method:
9.7.1. for card payments, to the card account used;
9.7.2. for wire payments, by transfer to your indicated account;
9.7.3. for cash-on-delivery payments, by transfer to your indicated account;
9.7.4. for credit card payments, by transfer to your indicated account.
Attention: refunds are made only to the bank account you provide in writing. No cash or COD refunds.
9.8. The Seller may delay refund until receiving and inspecting the returned Product.
9.9. Returns are made via the Seller or the courier indicated by the Seller who handled delivery. You may use another tracked method at your cost, ensuring product integrity. The estimated return cost equals the initial delivery cost when using the same packaging type, except where delivery was free under a marketing campaign. In that case, the return transport cost will be communicated and deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a conformity issue attributable to the Seller, the Seller bears the return cost. Please keep original labels and documents when returning.
9.10. If the returned Product shows signs of wear or damage, we may refuse the refund. You can have the Product sent back to you at your cost.
The Seller may limit online sales service for repeated or unjustified returns or bad-faith use. You will be notified in writing before any such restriction.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. The Seller keeps your information confidential under this Document.
10.2. You will not make public statements, promotions, press releases, or other disclosures about the Order/Contract without the Seller’s prior written consent.
10.3. By sending materials through the Site, you grant the Seller unrestricted, irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute them. The Seller may use ideas or techniques you submit for its own interest. The Seller has no confidentiality obligations unless the law states otherwise.
11. Promotions, Campaigns, Offers, and Advertising
11.1. The Seller may publish information about Products, Services, and Promotions for set periods and within stock limits.
11.2. Promotions are valid while stocks last and for limited times as indicated.
11.3. The Seller may withdraw or change any offer at any time without penalties.
11.4. Prices shown with a strikethrough indicate the list price. The non-struck price is the price you pay. Promotion prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
11.5. All information used in sales events, including features, weights, prices, stocks, images, and links, is for presentation and is not a contractual obligation.
12. Commercial Communications
12.1. You can change your consent for Commercial Communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us with a clear request.
After a purchase, we may send you:
- Suggestions for complementary Products/Services;
- Feedback requests about your Site and delivery experience;

The Newsletter, if you subscribed. Users with an Account may also opt in without having purchased. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our messages or by contacting us.
We may use your data for market research and surveys to improve our offer and your experience. Responses are not used for advertising, are not linked to your identity, and are not shared with third parties. You can object at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
13. Reviews, Comments, Questions, and Answers
You can post Reviews, Comments, Questions, and Answers in the “Contact” and “Reviews” sections. Posts can be positive or negative but must focus on product or service features.
When posting, you grant the Seller a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content.
Rules you agree to follow:
- Refer only to features of a specific Product/Service, not to changing aspects like price or promotions;
- Use Romanian language, with widely used domain terms allowed;
- Use appropriate, non-offensive language;
- Post Questions in “Contact” and Reviews in “Reviews”;
- Ensure information is realistic, correct, and lawful, and respects third-party rights;
- Do not use this feature to promote other companies;
- Do not provide or request personal data;
- Do not include URLs to competing commercial sites;
- Do not attempt to misuse services or post advertising;
- Do not use these posts to contact the Seller. Use the Contact details on the Site.
Add a relevant Rating with your Review. Reviews and Ratings influence the product’s overall Rating.
If a post is flagged as inappropriate, the Seller will review it and may remove it if it violates these Terms. Repeated violations may lead to suspension of posting rights and even Account suspension.
For complaints about purchased Goods/Services, email contact@bijuteriarebecca.com. We respond within 15 calendar days.
14. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any damages suffered by the Buyer or third parties resulting from the Seller’s fulfillment of its obligations under the Order, or from the use of the Products/Services after delivery, including loss or damage to them.
By creating and using an Account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account.
By creating an Account, using the Content, and placing Orders, you accept the latest version of these Online Terms and Conditions shown on the Site at that time.
The Seller may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The Document is binding from the moment it appears on the Site. We will display the updated version on the Site.
The Seller is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of external sites linked from the Content. Those site owners are fully responsible.
The Seller is not liable for damages caused by using the Sites or Content sent to the Client by any means when such use causes any kind of damage to the Client or any third party.
Access to the Site or to Goods/Services is not guaranteed without Account registration.
The Seller does not warrant that:
- the Site, Product, or Service meets your expectations;
- the Site operates uninterrupted or error free;
- any bonus Products/Services from promotions meet your expectations.
The Site owners and operators are not responsible for relationships or consequences arising between Clients and third parties advertising through the Site, within the limits of this Document.
The Seller is not responsible for damage from destruction of purchased Products or for direct or indirect damages.
15. Privacy Policy. Cookies
15.1 Privacy Policy

We use your data to issue fiscal documents and to contact and inform you. If you refuse to provide data, we cannot process your order. Data is used by HERITAGE SOCIETY SRL and is shared partially with the courier company and with banking or financial institutions for card payments. If you want to receive information about our products, services, and events, subscribe to the newsletter in your Account. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter. You have rights of access, intervention, objection, and to address the courts, as provided by law. To exercise these rights, send a dated, signed written request to our company address. Financial and fiscal documents cannot be deleted where the law requires retention. If some of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
15.2 Use of Cookies
The Site uses cookies to give you a better browsing experience and services tailored to your needs, such as automatic language detection and currency display.
Cookies help us understand how you use the Site so we can improve your online experience.
An “Internet Cookie” is a small file stored on your device by your browser at the request of a web server. It is passive and does not contain software or access your hard drive.
Cookies do not require personal data and usually do not identify users personally.
Your visit may place cookies for:

16. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if caused by a force majeure event that is unforeseeable, beyond control, and unavoidable. If the event does not cease within 15 days, either party may notify termination of the contract without damages.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Document is governed by Romanian law, save for any mandatory provisions to the contrary under the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of June 19, 1980.
In case of disagreements between the Seller and the User/Buyer/Client, the provisions of this Document apply.
If an amicable resolution is not possible within 60 days from the start of the dispute, the competent Romanian courts at the Seller’s registered office will settle it.
18. Final Provisions
By using or viewing the Site and/or any Content sent by the Seller, you agree to and accept this Document.
21.2. If any provision is found null, invalid, inoperative, or illegal, the rest of the Document remains valid.
