CANCELLATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AT DEPOSIT PAYMENT
By submitting the advance payment (deposit) for any order placed with Rebecca's Heritage, the client confirms and acknowledges all of the following:
- They have read, understood, and accepted the full Cancellation Policy of Rebecca's Heritage in its entirety prior to placing their order.
- Ready-to-ship & made-to-order items: they understand and accept the 6% non-refundable transaction fee for cancellations within 24 hours of order confirmation, and the up to 20% production/restocking fee for cancellations after 24 hours, based on the stage of order fulfilment.
- Bespoke, custom, personalised & made-to-order items with modifications: they understand and accept that such orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed and production has commenced, and that the full advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable in any event of cancellation.
- They acknowledge that bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under OUG nr. 34/2014, Art. 16(c) (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU) as goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalised.
- This acknowledgment is confirmed electronically at the time of payment and constitutes a binding contractual term.
