On average, the process takes between 4 to 8 weeks—from initial design consultation to final delivery. Certain designs or rare gemstone requests may require additional time, but we’ll always keep you informed throughout the journey.

Yes—if the original piece was created by us, we’re happy to reimagine it into something new. We can reuse the existing materials and gemstones, and you’ll only be charged for the design and craftsmanship involved in the transformation.

All of our gemstones are carefully selected by our in-house gemmologist, ensuring they meet our strict standards for quality, beauty, and authenticity.

For smaller gemstones or certain rare stones where certification is not commonly issued due to size or practicality, we guarantee their natural origin and quality through our expert evaluation.

We offer resizing and minor adjustments for most of our rings and bracelets, depending on the design.

The first adjustment is often complimentary within a set timeframe after purchase. For complex or stone-heavy pieces, our team will advise on the safest approach to ensure the integrity of the design is preserved.
